·         Responsible for Business Class Complex Order Operation Projects. Coordinate all activities with key stakeholders. Drive projects from inception to activation of all datacom and telecom equipment.

·         Leading projects for Los Angeles Regional Interoperation Communication System (LA-RICS) for construction and installation of High Speed fiber optic interconnections for First Responders (Police, Fire, Sheriffs and Health Dept.)  in Los Angeles County.

Magellan / Thales Navigation, San Dimas, CA

·         Championed and delivered two days early to “Best Buy Stores, Circuit City and Costco, etc.” in ten months “Magellan RoadMate” a GPS vehicle navigation consumer product with new architecture, operating system and user interface. Project has made over a $150 million in sales the first year.

·         Directed and influenced projects through planning, implementing, testing, manufacturing and sustaining engineering phases.

·         Worked closely with marketing functions in the planning and execution phases including product positioning, product packaging, collateral creation, development of marketing launch plans for new products and sustaining phase.

·         Focus on worldwide launches, including close interaction with European counterparts for successful, cohesive product launches.

Drove the Product to make it arrive to market on time it established a 50% market share in 5 months, held #1 market share for 20 months and made Oprah Winfrey’s Favorite Things List for 2004.
